Alongside our work with children and teenagers, Northcore Health offers adults a reflective space to explore relationships, family dynamics, recurring patterns and deeper questions of identity and meaning.
Our work with adults is integrative, drawing mainly on psychodynamic, Jungian and person-centred therapy.
Psychodynamic work looks at how past experiences, particularly early relationships, continue to shape how we feel, react and relate to others today. Bringing these patterns into awareness can loosen their grip.
Jungian work pays attention to the deeper self: dreams, symbols, recurring themes and the parts of ourselves we tend to keep out of view. It can be especially meaningful when you feel stuck, or when life is asking bigger questions of you.
Beneath both is a person-centred foundation. You are the expert on your own life. We bring honesty, curiosity and warmth, and follow your lead.
You do not need a clear reason or a crisis to start therapy. Wanting to understand yourself better is reason enough.
Sessions take place in a private, soundproofed room at Hilton House on Ardee Road, Rathmines, with its own separate entrance and free on-site parking.
